Torino Inc. completed the Clark Capital Management Group project in five phases because the client continued to occupy the space during the improvements. The scope of work included installing new LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring and base, as well as new cabinetry. Additionally, Torino Inc. installed additional waterlines for appliances and created additional office spaces with the necessary electric and data connections. Addressing mechanical issues, Torino Incorporated ensured proper hot/cold temperature control.
The Philadelphia, PA project also involved installing new lighting, which required a new ceiling layout and prompted a new fire protection layout, all done in accordance with the relevant codes. Throughout the process, Torino Inc. made every effort to minimize noise and disruptions to Clark Capital’s day-to-day operations.
