Procore provides transparency and tracking tools like daily reports with frequent photo updates, Non-Conformance Reporting, and Punchlist. Access to Procore is provided to every team member, including owners, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring everyone has access to updated project information. This tracking and documentation method provides our clients with the security that every last detail is being handled.
OpenSpace
Another valuable tool we utilize is OpenSpace, which automates recording using a 360-degree camera to capture up to 150,000 square feet per hour. Our Vision Engine takes over from there, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically map images to your plans. Analytics tools and BIM integration provide critical information at your fingertips, enabling informed decision-making and efficient project completion.
