Regardless of the project’s size or schedule, we prioritize safety and quality, with over 50% of our team being OSHA 30 Certified!

Our extensive experience in the construction industry provides us with a comprehensive understanding that we share with our clients. In 2022 alone, we successfully completed over $25 million worth of renovation and capital improvement projects in and around Philadelphia, the Delaware Valley, and South Jersey.

The Owners

Peter and Tina Torino, the owners of Torino Incorporated, have been working in the construction industry for over 38 years. Peter started as a general laborer as a teenager and progressed through various roles, including field superintendent, senior project manager, and project executive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from Rowan University. Tina received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Widener University in Business Management. Pete & Tina’s wealth of experience and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry are shared with their employees and clients. They approach every project with a proactive mindset, identifying potential issues and resolutions before they become problems. Through regular meetings and diligent project management, we ensure completion schedules, submittal logs, and project issues are reviewed, minimizing problems and keeping projects focused on the ultimate goal of timely and budget-friendly completion.

Torino Inc.’s team was successful in meeting all time-sensitive deadlines, including the creation of a dedicated elevator for the facility. Regular meetings were held by the team and any concerns were promptly addressed by the onsite supervisor. The quality of the work performed was top-notch.  TI diligently adhered to the building’s safety and construction rules. They made safety a number one priority. I would highly recommend them for any future construction projects.

Property Manager, Nightingale Realty

We recently completed a new Elite Body Sculpture project in Philadelphia.  For this project, we selected Torino Incorporated to be our General Contractor.  I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the project.  The professionalism brought to the project by Pete Torino made this project not only successful but also enjoyable. During these challenging times with supply chain issues and rising costs, Torino not only met these challenges, but they also worked hard to find ways to solve problems and meet all required completion dates.
