TI was called upon to update a vacancy in preparation for a potential new tenant. The renovated Center City Philadelphia space includes a reception area, open pantry, perimeter offices with glass fronts, and an open work area. The construction involved demolition, new acoustical ceilings, pantry millwork with a faucet and sink, new carpeting, polished concrete floors, and fresh paint. The lighting was upgraded to energy-efficient linear LED pendant fixtures, creating a move-in-ready office environment.
